I recently had a horrific crash with my p4p.   Thank goodness I had DJI Care.   it took a bit of time with the online support to make the claim but once I did,  I had a UPS label within 24 hours, and a new P4P within a week.   Great Service

My question is though....can I purchase DJI Care for other P4Ps and P3s that I have owned for a while?

For other P4Ps and P3S, if the drone has been activated over 48 hours, you will need to take a short video to verify the drone is still in good and working condition and then send it to djicare@dji.com for further assistance to purchase the service, please check more details here: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload
