P4A plus
iso 100
shutter ~1/2 sec

for night images you need to be high, stable and shoot 3-6 photos for each scene to make sure you got one which is sharp enough. so from 200 photos you get usually 10-20 better ones. and those you can start work on with lightroom and/or PS. thats it

hey,
everything at night should be shot in manual. always do RAW.
iso as low as possible. (not over iso200 but mostly shoot in 100)
whitebalance i also choose myself and try put it cold enough so the sky have a tiny blue shimmer in it but the ground is still not too cold.
in a bright megacity like shenzhen with all the LED lights you dont need very long exposure. usually aroun 1/2 sec.
fly high to reduce motion from the ground and do 4-6 photos for each shot. increasing the chance you have one which is sharp because most photos will be blurry and go right to the trash later.

multi exposure is helpful too if you have extreme bright spots with low areas like on my second photo. but you need a good software later to align the photos in post.

Obviously with the Spark I cannot shoot Raw, but will try it later on this year with my Mavic PP.

I will do Multiple Shots are you told me. Should I use also Auto Exposure Bracketing please (AEB) Please ?

naaah forget the auto exposure braketing first if you never try that before. spark is unable to do good night shots. mavic should do the trick.
f2.8 (or whatever lowest possible in mavic)
iso 100
adjust exposure time so you end up something like -0.7 (slightly underexposured photo)
in a bright city you end up somewhere around 1/2 sec.
in darker enviroments it can go up to 2 sec.
dont worry about the very long time. just fly high. 300m+ will do.
shoot in RAW and make some photos from same spot. be sure you let go all controls for like 10 seconds so the drone can get stable and gimbal isnt move anymore.

well. thats a start. at least everything looks sharp. now go out to find a brighter city. oooor you wake up at 5 morning and try get the blue hour between night and sunrise.
any way you can get up to 400 meter or so? even with no lights you should be able to see a bit more.
