I cant reach the forums through the DJI Go 4 app. Im missing the dropdown menu with all the different drone forums. Instead of the three line menu icon, I have a back arrow that takes me back to the app. Please see attached screenshot.

I was using DJI GO4 version 4.2.16 since newer versions are having issues with video feed pixaletion. It was working fine until the day before yesterday. Thinking that it might have been the app version I updated to the latest version 4.2.21 but that didnt make a difference. I have a Samsung Note 8.

We do apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the app? let's see if this will work. Thanks.

I just tried uninstalling the app and it didnt work. I also tried the DJI Go app for Osmo and older drone models and it has the same defect. I believe this is not related to apk versions.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled on my LG v30. Didn't work. Also have an 8 inch tab. Not working there as well

Any fix yet

It doesnt seem like it. I have kept checking and its still the same.

I think they forgot about us.... Ya no fix yet

Come on DJI!!! This should have been a quick fix that should be on the server side, no need for a new app of anything. I still cant access the forums through the app.

It seems like a widewpread problem.  I posted about not being to start a thread in the, now I can't even respond in the app.
