Hey all,

Just started experimenting with the goggles and find that I can track the camera up and down but not left and right (as the goggles tell me I could). Is this something wrong with my. MA, goggles, software or am I missing something?

I haven't tried this yet but thought that the Mavic yaws when you move your head in flight. Left and right, while stationary, doesn't  give you the view you need without the aircraft yawing.
Or are you trying this while airborne?

First tried it on the ground and then in the air. The goggles say +/- 30 degrees yaw but I have not been able to make the bird turn without the controls.

Unfortunately, I am afraid you will not really like what you will see.
I do not have the goggles, but my understanding is that the goggle yaw control does not work

Yea, I read a few threads that were posted.  Guess I will just wait for a possible firmware update.  I do also plan to buy a MP2 when they come out...

Yeah, I just got the Air about a month ago and have figured everything out but this.  I have updated firmware on the controller, the Air, and on the goggles with no luck.  If you simply want to use the gimbal to look left and right, it doesn't work.  Up and down works fine.  I was chatting with DJI last night and they confirmed that it is supposed to work but told me to call DJI today and get support over the phone.  I don't expect much because I have read that their support sucks really bad.  I am on hold with them as we speak.  Will update results of call!
