Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try to restore the factory settings of the aircraft and update the firmware using DJI Assistant 2. You can download the software using this link: (https://www.dji.com/spark/info#downloads). After doing that and the issue is still the same, I would recommend you contact our support to start up a case: (https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav). Thanks for your support.
