Hi , I've suddenly start reveiving ESC status error each time in my Dji spark when i try to take of with the aircraft and no motors starts. All statuses show normal before and enough satellites are found. I have latest firmware updated (after the error message)  . I didn't experienced any issues during my previous flight and haven't crashed. What should I do? Please advise. I bought it only 3 days before. DJI Spark.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try to restore the factory settings of the aircraft and update the firmware using DJI Assistant 2. You can download the software using  this link: (https://www.dji.com/spark/info#downloads). After doing that and the issue is still the same, I would recommend you contact our support to start up a case: (https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav). Thanks for your support.

Try turning all props by hand, could just be one got debree in it... All should turn freely

sorry guys,i just got home today.. and i'm really upset about the drone.I tried updating the drone using that link after setting it to default factory settings. but still the no.1 esc error shows up.
