Really enjoying using our new Ronin S, but at some point on a hike with it the thumbstick seems to have become detatched and lost (probably more a reflection on the hike than the thumbstick). Nothing has been shorn off, I think it has just become unscrewed. Is there anywhere you can buy a replacement for parts like this? I couldn't find a Ronin-S page for replacement bits.

As of right now the only option would be Mavic Air Control sticks.
Theese are longer, but they have the same threads.

From my experience the only choice you have is to use Mavic Air sticks. Can be found here: https://store.dji.com/product/mavic-air-control-stick. DJI have not yet released spare sticks for the Ronin-S, and I doubt they will.

Same thing happened to me I contacted DJI and they sent me a new one.

Email DJI Support and see if they can help. Was pleasantly surprised when I lost the lens support screw and the closest alternative suggested here was (a) pricey (b) not quite right.  DJI Support surprised me by sending me a replacement from China which arrived this morning. Nice job DJI Support people. Thank you!!!!  :-)
