Hey guys having problem with my camera as it points to the right when I start it up , all works well the direction of the camera is the problem.
Anyone have any ideas?

I wish it was that easy , grub screw is tight and flat spot perfectly inline , I have even tried tighting grub screw so the flat spot is off centre.

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to calibrate the drone? Is the firmware updated? Can you send a sample picture or video showing the problem and upload it through Dropbox or youtube?

Yes I did a firmware update, I did a gimbal calibration, imu calibration , compass calibration

Thank you for the response. Did you check the result file after firmware upgrade? What does it say?

I’m not sure what u mean, do u mean plug the drone into the computer via USB

When you did the firmware update. There should be a result file once you are done doing the update. You may refer to this tutorial:

You need to read the log file on the SD card of the camera. May be you must loosen that screw center the cam and fasten it again.

I know when I did upgrade it didn’t take 30mins , but it said it was successful .
I read the log file and it said
2018.07.02
Packet: p3c few v99.99.9999 bin
Upgrading....
Result sucesss
But that date does match the date I upgraded, I did it 2018/ 07/ 27

What FW version is shown up in the Go app? is it the 1.09.0200 ?  The  p3c few v99.99.9999 bin is the file on the SD card? ...may be the upload from the mobile via RC to the AC.

I’ll check on sd card this arvo

Can’t open that bin file, need an app the computer says. Finally open the hidden file for upgrade logs. Lots of stuff in there , but I good see in one spot it said 01.09.0200 and very last sentence it has packet upgrade finish successfully.
I don’t know if all the other stuff means anything.

Also tried undoing grub screw and retighting , still the same. Tried tightening grub screw and turn shaft to compensate for camera pointing on angle and still the same. So it has to be firmware or hardware.

Is possible to send upgrade log file to DJI , so they can analyse the data ?
