I have not used my Phantom 4 for a while. Today I tried to charge my Phantom 4 Remote controller but the LED's keep on flashing but the battery does not charge. How do I get this fixed? Thanks for your help. I decided to send my Phantom 4 Remote Controller to DJI for Service. This was the best decision I ever made. Outside the shipping time, the repair time took only 4 days and even better DJI sent me a NEW Remote Controller. Thank you DJI for this excellent service!

That's the beauty of being close to their repair centre. Was a ten day turn around from U.K with eight days of that in transit.
