Hello Group,
I've been attempting to master the ActiveTrack feature and I find it extremely difficult to get it to work, at all.

First,... I'm attempting to get the P4A to track a slow moving object/person at a walking pace and orbit that object at a distance of 50 or so feet.

Second,... I've narrowed it down that the distance from object needs to be rather close, like within 30 feet or less.
Between 20 to 30 feet the screen displays a Green Brackets around the subject, which fades to a Blue color once you exceed a certain distance.
This i interpret to mean that the subject is no longer within tracking distance.

Third,... as soon as i acquire the subject and it is within the Green tracking Brackets, I select for it to Orbit at an approximate 20% rate in a counter-clockwise direction.
The P4A begins to Track/Orbit for about 2 seconds, then the P4A begins "Bucking" like a Wild Bronco for about 5 to 10 seconds and loses contact with the subject.
I then have to manually steer the AC back into contact with the subject for another attempt, which ultimately ends in failure each time I try it.

A friend of mine has a Mavic and does not encounter these problems.
The Mavic just works.
Any suggestions...

Alright. We highly suggest also to use a different mobile device to check if it will work since the mobile device that you're using is not compatible with Phantom 4 advanced. You may double check it here: https://www.dji.com/phantom-4-adv/info#downloads
