I have a ronin originial I believe. I'm trying to get into the app to adjust the settings but i can't remember the password. I tried to plug it into the computer with a usb to usb-c and it won't detect. When i plug the usb-c to my phone it will charge, but still nothing happens in the app. any suggestions? yes its the newest software versions, tried that.
