I purchased a DJI Ronin several months ago for a vehicle under construction.  We lab tested the unit a couple of months ago, and it works pretty well, had drifting problems and the YAW control would sometimes stick but seemed to work.  Back it went into its case until the vehicle was finished.


Yesterday we attempted to install the Ronin with the Cion camera.  The system would not initailze because the YAW axis seems stuck.  I can rotate it, but not easily.  As I rotate it, I hear faint crunching sounds.


We are in the middle of filming and the Ronin material needs to be shot very soon.


What is the quickest method for this problem to be solved?

Try the Pan test in the APP to see if works
