Beginning on August 1st, 2018, students or faculties who successfully apply the educational discount, would be able to purchase Mavic Air with 10%OFF educational discount coupon.

**For Chinese customers, the 10%OFF would be a limited time promotion. After August 7th, 2018, the discount for China is 5%OFF and the discount for other countries available on DJI store would still be 10%OFF.

   

For the customers who have applied the educational discount within six month, we will add the Mavic Air into their coupon supported list. Therefore, for those people, they can still use their valid coupon to purchase Mavic Air beginning on August 1st, 2018 as well.

  

However, if they have used the coupon, then they would need to wait till the next time they can reapply the educational discount.

·What are the limitations of the Educational Discount?

Customers can apply for the Educational Discount once every six months for a given email address. Each successful applicant will receive two coupons, and each coupon can be used twice for purchases. Educational Discount coupons are only valid for six months from the date you receive them via email.

My wife is an educator (High School Video Production) and has qualified for the Education Discount.  I am a part 107 operator as well as a CFI and will be using the same equipment to educate as well.  This is a personal purchase for her as the school will not approve the funds, and she will be retiring in the next few years and no longer have access to her email address.   So...  I have this question...  if she purchases a Mavic 2 Pro on the DJI store with her account (email address) can we register and operate with our personal email address instead of hers???  Concerns are warranty and DJI Care Refresh purchase.  Thanks!
