Hi guys,
I just received my spark flight more kit yesterday, I put the batteries to charge on the hub, hopping that this mornig they would be all charged. For some reason that I can't find anywhere, the battery hub charger is not charging not even one of the batteries. I've already changed the outlet. The battery will charge using the usb port on the sparkm, but not on the hub.

I even made a video so I hope you can help me.

looked at the video but it didn't show the progression of the charge.  Does the battery (first light) flash constantly?  please share a little bit of info so we can help you.  cheers,

How long after your flight did you try charging your battery?  Sometimes the battery is too warm to charge.

I never had a chance of flying  it. The battery just doesn't charge at all

Have you tried charging it while its in the drone?

Then just do that for the first flight and try the hub again after that
