When my drone is connected I cannot see the icons in general settings therefore I cannot change to sport mode and make other changes.  However when my drone is not connected the icons all appear.  Any ideas on what is occuring?

Make sure multiple flight modes is on and your not in beginner mode.
Sport mode Botton is on the controller.
Also push on the controller icon on the screen to see other modes.
One last thing maybe read over the manual again.

Hi, thanks for the inquiry, may we have the screenshot of what you're seeing on the DJI Go 4 app? Are you using a remote controller or mobile device only? You can switch the RC for you to access the sports mode. Please keep us posted for further help.
