I bought the dji phantom 4 pro plus v2 with hdmi output. I cant get a clean image from the hdmi output camera. there is only an image from the preview screen with program options. how to get a clean image from the hdmi output camera. it’s necessary for my work.

Are you saying that the V2.0 does have the OSD on HDMI toggle?, If so, is it also in the bottom of the HD settings or somewhere else?
Just wondering as it seem that several V2.0 users can't turn off the OSD.

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Just to clarify, are you trying to use DJI Goggles for Phantom 4 pro+ v2.0? Can you send some sample pictures of the images you took that's showing the problem?

How did you get this sorted if I might ask? On my (new) P4P+ V2.0 the telemetry-overlay on the HDMI output can not be switched off...

There are other uses for HDMI out than goggles. I have been using it for input to a video switcher for some time with v1. I just sold my v1, not ever dreaming the product would be downgraded. (Incidently, I have a job this morning on which I have to disappoint the client.)

Does DJI not care that some of its customers need to provide clean HDMI downlink for other than goggle flying? Wow?
