I had a similar problem. After a flight in the alps this summer, I did not the cloud sync right in that moment, due also to a couple of  "DJI Go 4" App crash. A couple of days later I did realized that, my last flight entry was completely lost and missing.
Unfortunately it did not record my highet take of flight,,, 2800 mt. at Col de La Bonette in France.

Is there some way to get it from somewhere? logs or so.
All video recordings and fotos where there.

I flew my drone in Tahiti and my flag did update in my footprint. I had good GPS signal. the flight logs did update but nothing.

I just flew in Germany too and the flag is missing! Have synced and uploaded!

Same problem here. Canada, USA, Argentina, and Sweden worked. Spain, France, Switzerland, Germany, and Denmark have not, for about a year, after several syncs. The info is all mapped out and was on GPS and regular cell network signal.

Well Switzerland just showed up, after almost a year. But just did flights over the border into Uruguay and an island debated to be either Uruguay or Brazil and after syncing have neither. I was several hundred meters into both.
