HI,
I purchased brand new miscro SD cards- 64 gb, V10 speed.
I downloaded latest firmware to the micro sd and put this in the camera.
Just get a yellow/ green light on left and green light on right, not the blinking lights indicating downloading of firmware.
When I push record nothing happens, with either of the new micro SD cards.
My phone display is grayed out, none of the left hand side buttons respond, the home and settings do...


Is there a reset process?
