Can some help I cannot log into the assistant software. I get user name and password do not match.

I have tried registering different email. I have uninstall the software and reinstalled the 3.8 version.  I have switched default browsers.  I cant think of anything else to do.

Same happens to me most every time I try to login to the app. My best fix is to go to forum and reset password to the same password I already use and bang lets me in the app....see how long this lasts...
