Which Tablet &/or Ipads are reccomended by DJI for the Phantom 4 Advanced ? Please suggest the better ones & must have GPS.
I am grounded until  I can resolve this issue.

The current best Android tablets for flying are the Huawei M3 and M5.
Almost all Android tablets have GPS but why do you think that's essential?

The Apple iPad Air2 Cellular has the GPS module, or what ever it’s called...

I understand that the follow me and tracing a flight path on the screen is dependent on GPS.  Have I misunderstood something ?

Yes, several autonomous flight  modes, require your device be gps enabled...

You can find a list of commonly used phones and tablets here.

You'll only need a device with a GPS receiver if you want to be able to use the Follow Me flight mode or be able to manually reset the home point to your current location. The latter is helpful if you're going to be doing a lot of flying where you move away from the home point after taking off (like when flying from a moving vehicle).

Also with iPad Cellular for instance, if you have an active Cellular network, you can live stream video from your drone to your FaceBook page or YouTube channel.
