I was trying to update the DJI Ronin S to the latest firmware and now the battery grip is stuck with the middle two lights being on and won't be able to power off. I need some help here recently purchased via B&H Photo.

It will not power off if I press once and then press again and hold.

It's stuck on here forever and it doesn't matter if I unplug and retry. The main issue right now is the battery grip not being responsive and won't power off.

The issue got resolved after I let it connect to DJI Pro Assistant and keep trying the update. Eventually it finally said it's successfully and now the battery grip is responsive as well.

To power off you need to press and release the grip's power button once and then push and hold till the lights countdown. So press, then press and hold. it sounds weird but that's the "Konami sequence" you have to use...
