I would like to know how the picture from the drone gets to my phone and why it keeps breaking up or delaying.

I replied via Email maybe that doesn't work.
Im using a Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 and the DJI go 4 app with the remote controller

My homepage says I haven't replied yet.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for some delay. Ok regarding with your concern once you are able to capture a picture using the Drone you must be able to view it from the App. Select the Playback
Then you must be able to see the picture have you taken then you can save it one by one or by batch the only after selecting you just need to find the Arrow that facing down that would be the Download.
