Hi!
Crashed my mavic pro straight into the ground while in sports mode.
I 'fixed it' as such:
- dissembled the whole thing
- identified damage
- replaced the vibration plate (the clip on the original one had snapped off)
- replaced the gimbal/camera assembly ribbon (the original ribbon had been torn)
- check everything else was ok (it was)
Rebuilt, restarted, calibrated against the DJI assistant software (the one where you point the drone at your screen etc) - all successful and without problem.
However, thought i'd do a second calibration using the mobile software this time, just to be sure, and it failed at 28% then the gimball started thrashing violently.
I've then tried calibrating the IMU , which worked but made no difference to the gimball.
To the pros out there... what do you think it means? i suspect the ribbon replacement wasn't as good as i hoped, but since it worked well for 5 minutes, i wonder what is causing it! thank you!
