Ever since I updated my DJI GO 4 app to version 4.2.24, I am unable to sync my flight records.  The sync gets to about 10% then displays the message “Sync Failed.  Retry”. Not sure if there are any flight issues because I haven’t flown since updating the app.

The aircraft should be at 1000 and the remote controller should be at 0500 version. I will also provide a video which will give you the guide for a step by step process. I can't sync either.     I read a few ppl are having same issue.

It is related to DJI GO 4 app to version 4.2.24 DJI Gamora

Working fine before the new app was released.

Yes all good now.   It was only a day or two it wasn't working.

The same problem comes back again today...
Impossible to sync.
DJI: please fix it as soon as possible.

Here is the same problem.

DJI Go 4.3.0 Android
Last firmware (remote and aircraft)

Tested today. Here, sync is ok now.
