Can anyone explain what happens here and suggest what to do? Same problem when mounted on the Osmo. Started occasionally under startup procedure. Now it happens everytime and won't stop. Hoping for answers.

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to remount the camera? Did you try to calibrate the gimbal and restart the aircraft? Did it suffer from hard landing?

I had something similar happen. I cleaned round the rectangular multiway connector on the gimbal with a clean artists paint brush, and the fault cleared.

I haved tried to remount the camera several times with no result. No hard landings or chrashes. Will try to recalibrate the camera. Thank you!
