I shall wait for the release day in order to know the actual specs of both versions and the prices of course, but from what I know so far, the Mavic 2 Pro with Hasselblad camera is the hottest candidate for me (if I can/want to afford it). Exciting days ahead... ;-)

You are probably right and it was wishful thinking on my part but it is a good selling point for the Altel EVO , Yuneec and the Parrot Anafi .

While I sort of agree, once the MP2 comes out those drones will barely be a memory.  Albeit ones that you can fly anywhere.

Those who were invited to the Original see the bigger picture event have now received a  invitation for the new August 23rd event so that should make this legit.

No matter what drone you own, you need permission to fly in NFZ , best way around NFZ is to earn your stripes and gain much easier ways to film in NFZ .

Great news, I somehow managed to talk myself into buying thr MP2 when it is released. Was tough but I somehow did it.

They will either get NFZ too plus something like Aeroscope by next year, or they will be forbidden to fly anywhere in Europe. Now what is your guess will happen? ;-)

Oh no he said Tuesday instead of Thursday that is just so terrible, what should we do ? I know Grab a rope and find  a tall tree.      Give him a break he got the date right  the 23rd of August which is more important.

Great now I can buy the Mavic 2 a day earlier.

An event is fine - real product in stores is another - different thing hope it'll be sooner than Christmas!

Following our leak video 15 hours ago or so, we have now had confirmation from event attendees that their formal/official invites has been received, therefore this is now confirmed.
