Im pretty new to the forums but just wanted to know if its possible to check the history of a particular DJI unit based off the serial number?


I have noticed a few threads where admins were PM'ing people with the details. Is this still possible?


The set of RE Goggles i would like checked, have a serial number of: 0NSDF1R00300BA

Ive had a look at the manufacture date and it is 25th Jan 2018 and i purchased them on the 27th of July from the DJI Online store and recieved them about 3 days later in AU.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi Kynan, we're sorry for the late response. Currently, it is not available to check the unit history via the SN. According to the latest policy, the warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and DJI, no worries.
