I got 3.4km today with my P4Pro+ (perfect video signal), I live in Brazil (CE) so it was really surprising for me. I will take some screenshots in the next time.
Just outside my little city there is an excellent area for this kind of range test, completely free of interferences.

I flew this week with my p4p and went 5km away. I live in Brazil to, in Goiania, and I took off from autodromo towards a rural region, side by side to highway GO-020. Except for some signal faults of video, at times my signal of radio was full at all times, and for this reason, I believe I can fly even further. I'll also try to take some pictures next time.

I live in Goiás too, but are you flying using FCC or CE ? My drone is completely stock,  except for Litchi.

Reached 3,6Km today, next time I will try 5,3Km, that is the distance between the point I started the flight and the top of the mount outside the small city I live in.
I also tested today the v2.0 "low noise" props, I liked the result when taking off and landing.

Was that the korumburra way flight you posted to the forum some time ago?

The question was why he can't fly more than 300-500m.
That is really odd. If you have the right position of antennas, not obstructed VLS and no radio interference, that's really odd. DJI should solve this I think. And you may post here the flight log file of that flight.

Hi Jason, I think the issue here is that the latest DJI go 4 app doesn’t run well on iPad Air 1. I read other users reporting issues on iPad Air 1 so recently I got myself iPad air2 and I can tell you that it barely runs well the latest app version. I only need to leave DJI go 4 on it, otherwise if I have other stuff installed, then I get pixelation issues.
So try on another device I advise you.

I got 5km man, a bit worried at that distance so I RTH, but there was still an excellent video signal.The drone passed to the left of the mount through a ~15km unobstructed and free of interference course, excellent for range tests.

It seems that DJI has finally changed Brazil to a FCC zone.

With no modifications, close to the urban area with normal capacity battery and landing was at 19% batt.
