Hi, i'm new here!

I have been having very frustrating signal problem.  After replacing the landing gear on my inspire 2 the drone loses signal when he is facing the controller.
The signal is good when i'm flying the drone away fron me but as soon as i turn the drone in eather direction and he gets closer to facing the controler the signal starts to drop significantly.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this to happen ?

thanks in advance.

I see. Did you try to calibrate the IMU and compass?

yes , but i can't see how that could possibly cause the drone to lose signal when facing certain way

Apparently the receiving Lightbridge antenna pads in Inspire front legs are not correctly soldered back after replacement. This procedure is tricky and requires skilled soldering. That's my educated guess only ...

Inspire quadcopters have four Lightbridge antennas installed squarely just below motors. Every antenna is wired to centrally located flight controller circuitry. If a connection is malfunctioning for any reason, it may cause radio transmission issues at certain aircraft heading(s).
