That is why we should not fly near people, at least use prop guards if possible.

Don't worry about the hospital bill. The guy is definitely going to be paying that and facing an enormous lawsuit soon as well.

Thank the Lord, the prop(s) did not hit the little boy in the eyes.  

Sad to see that people aren't more responsible (especially around babies).

We had plenty of discussions about flying out of sight didn’t we,  one of many things that can happen,  I feel terrible for all of those who were involved in that terrible accident.

Sickening and avoidable if the idiot operator (not worthy of the name 'pilot') had followed the usual basic guidelines for flight. Said individual got too low a fine - should have been commensurate with the injury at least 2500$. Punitive and for a damn good reason.

Unfortunate but that is why they have a no fly in the local parks. Perhaps there are no signs posted for people that are less aware?
The liability will fall on the local parks for restitution if there are no signs posted. (because we live in a world where accidents = law $uites)

The drone that hit the child must have been a DJI drone using "Active Track Attack" flight mode. lol

Very unfortunate accident. That’s why we have laws and guidelines to go by. There’s always people around  and we must be diligent.

Just lack of common sense, don't fly near folks.
