Hi, I have a problem with a gimbal of Ph4 ADV.
The camera moves slowly autonomously and the horizon is not straight.
Is there a fix? A firmware?

First things first, I would suggest calibrating your gimbal.

Does that fix the problem ?

IMU an COMPASS Calibrated, Gimbal autocalibration, firmware refresh...but nothing, the problem persists

The drone is new,  I received it this morning

I would send it right back.  This should not be happening to a brand new one out of the box.

Not  good if  it  was box fresh .... i would also send it back  .

Might pay to make a video recording of the issue, incase its needed for reference later.

I assume the retailer is not local, else you could have just taken it back to the shop.

However, still as stated by the others contact the seller to get the replacement or refund process going.

Mine is doing exact same thing! Did You resolved the issue or sended back the drone ?
