Hi, I crashed my Mavic Air and have applied for a refreshment. I have also payed by Paypal already. On the servicepage it is mentioned that the next step for me is to send the aircraft to DJI and that I would receive instructions on how to send it along with a label that I can print and stick on the package.
I think something went wrong, because I have not received an email yet. Waht is going on?
