My best advice to you, pay attention to several different radar sites. Know the movement timing of your area. You don't want the Spark up and get into a downpour.
To show you how rare it is for me, between shot 1 and shot 2 is two 2 years and 3 months.
Thanks for the advice! I almost put the Spark up the other day just before a storm but I'm glad I didn't. Within a few minutes, it started raining fairly hard, so I can see timing is key.
About 2 years ago, we had a huge lightning storm with no rain that lasted for a good 30 minutes. It was awesome and I really with I had my spark back then. Got a little of it with my phone, but it's nothing compared to what I could have gotten from the sky with a drone. |
