Just got a magic pro 3 was ago when I start it randomly takes pictures on its own and kicks me out of anything I’m doing takes about 3 min then quits always have to erase a ton of pics any suggestion  I updated switched phones and I pad still the same. Thank i

There is no such thing as a mavi or even a magic pro 3.

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused, do you mean the Mavic Pro will automatically capture pictures without commanding it using the RC? Is it occurring as soon as you turn on the drone? When was the first time it occurred? What happens prior to this issue?

Started first flight out of box. I’m new so thought it was normal   Even with it on the counter trying to retrieve my pictures it does it and when I fly. Usually stops after a few minutes   Does it with hands off controller so I switch phones twice and hooked up a iPad. Same thing. Should I send it back. 3 was old now

Yes I takes pics on it’s own without even touching rc.   When I start to fly keeps doing it. Will stop after a few minutes.  Thanks for reply

I just flew again for 15 min would click and take a picture the whole time on and off when flying and turning can see leds blink and drone lag  when pic is being taken. Hope this helps

Hi, where did you purchase the drone? I would recommend connecting your phone first to the aircraft to see if the aircraft will response in the same way. Please hit "Reply" to my comment so that I'll be notify for the latest progress.
