I need technical support for a urgent problem

I have a shoot to do in a building that is on an airport ..

Even if I made the necessary to unlock the inspire 2 with DJI FlySafe custom unlock...

"Dear DJI Users,

Your Custom Unlocking application (Tracking Number: c9123cb6-26cf-469b-8e56-a1cfaxxxxxx) has been approved, kindly follow the instructions below to unlock the flight restricted area."

Its seems  that my Inspire 2  does not want to fly.  It lands right away ...

It's a feature film and it has to work..

Try turning off your geofencing. I think it is under sensors in the go 4 program.

So without gps no flying in NFZ and no domestic flight
it's a major bug!

Did you try to reinstall the app?

I recently had this same issue.  I tried to fly for a shoot that was in a NFZ last week, and I've flown near the same airport dozens of times for these clients.  On this particular day the option to confirm that I had permission to be there never showed up, and neither did any other option.  It simply said "Cannot Take Off.", and refused to work.  We tried everything we could and never got it to fly.  We need help to figure this out ASAP as it will cost us jobs if we cannot solve this issue.

Use a different app other than the DJI Go App.

Can you give us the exact locations where you're having this problem?

Interesting thought. Although, I am pretty sure the no fly zones are also loaded in the drone itself.

We need to convince DJI just ask us to submit a signed application as commercial operators to shut this this whole stupid locking off, i got burnt from it too.. Take the burden entirely off DJI. We are professionals, and can handle this on our own thank you.. Do full scale pilots aircraft stop when there entering restricted airspace? No! I have have have witnessed companies going custom with Audru pilot just because of this hassle alone.
