Hi all from Singapore !


I have purchase Mavic Air recently last week, and enjoy the bird eye view from top.

However, my drone just crash during my test flight that it suddenly power off and broke inner part that holding camera as it dropped from 2meter height.

As shown in picture attached. Camera/props/battery all working fine.

Would like to check is this under warranty or where do i send for check up in Singapore.

How do i get the flight log ?

Is it in the DJI GO 4 APP under Me tab ?

Hi, sorry for the late response, you can sync the flight records using the DJI GO 4 app. Please see the instruction below.

* Launch the DJI GO 4 app
* Look for three lines ( Top right corner)
* Select " Flight Records"
* Look for "Cloud icon" (Top right)
* Select specified amount, ensure that the incident date is included then sync your flight records.

In deed, it sadden me. Hope i may get proper help and solution from support team.

I manage to screen record the flight log, do i need the .txt/.dat file for email them ?

Hi All !
Its me and im back to flying mode again !
After contacting with DJI support and all required information provided for them to analysis.
Next, i sent my drone only (Drone w/o battery) to Hong Kong facility, which is the nearest to Singapore at my own shipping cost.
In which they can analysis and send me a quotation for the repair.
However, It is concluded non-pilot fault and granted me a replacement instead.

Tadahhhh, i have received the drone as brand new one.
Thanks for the help !

The non-pilot fault I had too. It's because their firmware .400 is a disaster, but they just can't/won't bother fixing it. I almost completely stopped flying the thing.

For some reason I cannot post a new thread so here it is...
My Mavic Air crashed today. For some reason it didn't detect a building while I was approaching it (usually detection works perfectly...). So yeah the thing fell down and 3 arms are now broken.  They are still attached by the wires. Other than that the drone seems just fine (but how would I know, i dont feel like turning it on with the broken arms).
Can someone help me out.  What should I do ? I've been thinking about either :
- gluing the thing back together (but will it fly? or will i ever be secure enough to let it fly?)
- i've seen i can buy the arms on eBay and such. I'm pretty handy but not an expert (to give you an idea I've changed batteries and screens on iPhones and it always worked out well).
- is there some kind of warranty thing? Is this a Firmwire issue? (Probably not I reckon...)
- should I just send it somewhere for reparation (how much could that cost?)

Post your flight log and contact / open a case on DJI. Don't try to fix it yourself and see if it's under warranty. And don't even think about glueing it, lol.
