Hi, I just picked up a tello and when I take a photo, I can see them but in the Gallery the picture are grey but I don't have problems with the videos (I got a Galaxy S7)

Dear Matmat, please kindly make sure your permissions are set properly. To achieve it, please just go to Setting - Application Management –Tello-  Allow its storage permissions and trust it. Then you may find the image shown under other files in Album.  If it persists, please also upgrade to the latest APP version 1.2.12.02 and try with the compatible devices here: https://www.ryzerobotics.com/tello/downloads.

I don't have any problem with the videos but you can see the pictures are grey on my gallery phone. (They are normal in the Tello app, I can watch the photos without problem

I have the same  problem, if you use another viewer the pictures are fine, just the gallery viewer that does not like the Tello pictures.
Try using the viewer found under Samsung or Google Apps folder.

I also have the same issue
