Do you have a screenshot of the message? After discharging the battery did you charge the battery fully again? How is the cell devastion?

I would look closely at the cell balance.

Good luck

Not good at all .... you have TWO bad points there ... BUT ... with that cell jumping back to others level .. I would suggest cleaning all contacts - see if that helps ...

If that does not cure it then :
3.9V is definitely out of step with other cells. This shows a bad cell.

4.56V is now a damaged cell IF THAT FIGURE IS CORRECT and not a typo ? as it has gone over the 4.35V max. LiPo cells of normal issue are 4.20V max with a tolerance to survive a little over - but the DJI cells are Lithium High Voltage of maximum 4.35V. This comes at a price ... it has NO TOLERANCE to be charged greater than that 4.35V.

I would suggest carefully checking that battery when charging and in GO to see what is happening ... I would not be comfortable with that pack anymore for flights ... but OK for bench testing / updates etc.

Be advised:  The distance guys are now learning how to max out the stock battery cells to use with the two after-market externals hanging on the side to provide ultra-long P3 & P4 flights of an hour or more

Hi Mark ... that is crazy .....

I used to max out 4.2 cells to 4.35 HV state ... but they did not last long. A 4.2V cell has a threshold tolerance to 4.35V as I was told by a Mallory Tech.

I was told that 4.35V cells do not have that tolerance ... so I would not do as those guys personally ...

Interesting ..... as they say - takes all sorts !!

Yes.  But it's only crazy if you're sane.  See the P3 long distance thread in the other forum.  There is whacky outside of the box stuff going on over there

In all the years of RC ... to be honest its hard to surprise anymore...

I was running a small Parkjet designed for a 100W motor on a 450 Heli 5000kv motor, 4S lipo, 5x5 prop developing over 700W and wiping out motors every couple of flights to get speed records. Finally to get the run time and the 222kph - I had to go back to 3S and 4.5x4.5 prop ....
The next attempt with another Parkjet was TWIN 250 3200 Heli motors ..... 300kph ....

Since then and pushing EDF's to limits - I've decided to take it a bit easy !

Cheers
