I refreshed the firmware an now its not working any help alsowhen i try to calibrate it on the computer it does not work i have windows 10

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and sorry for some inconvenience that you have faced. regarding with your concern just to clarify the DJI Assistant 2 in your PC can able to recognize your Aircraft right? then when you try to calibrate the Vision system what seems to be happen?

Nothing i even sent it out to get fixed an he aaid it was but the error message keeps popping up an just crashed in to a tree
