Just received a refurbished inspire 1 Pro, that was ordered from dji store.

It has the old version 1345t propeller locking plates instead of the 1345LS ! I don’t understand?  I thought they were supposed to come updated along with a general going over.  When I bought my inspire 1 v2 (also refurbished) it came with the new locking plates and everything including the wrapping on each item looked like new. Not so with this sadly.

Anyone from dji give me some help or info on the plates. I’ve left message and also called and I can’t get an answer that makes sense.

From the looks of it I’m just going to have to order the update version plates if I want them on the Pro.

Just a note to let you know I’m still here-and waiting for someone from the right department to contact me.

On 8/16/18 I received an email from dji support wanting me to rate any support I’ve received. I replied that I’m still waiting and have received none.

On 9/11/18 (today), I received another email wanting me to complete a customer service survey. I haven’t filled it out yet.

I’m trying not to be impatient, but a simple yes we will send the parts that should have come on the drone - or no, you must buy them yourself, would go a long ways with my old attitude.

Hi Tony, no need to apologize.
I only have internet on iPad/iPhone and I have tried all versions to get personal message to work and the link doesn’t work. Just gave “Crome “ a try and no luck.

Photo of older style mounting plates on inspire pro.

I’m also including a photo of a busted foam piece that was repaired by dji ?? And there is also busted piece behind. It looked like someone at dji had made a “patch/repair “ with a piece of tape to stick it back on.
The “repair “ was shoddy at best and hadn’t supported the drone well when it was shipped to me. I inspected it well and only damage I could find was the foam re-broke and one of antennas of Remote is now loose.
My unit didn’t seem to have been lovingly inspected like my reconditioned inspire 1 v2 had been.
All seems to be working well though I will add.

The older mounting plates are my main concern.

Update:
Received 1 package of the new mounting plates yesterday. That’s parts for changing out 2 motors (1 red/1 black)
I now need one more package to be able to do all 4 motors.

I also got a call from dji support. I tried to explain that the correct parts were received but only half what was needed. I’m not completely sure if she said I would get the needed parts or ??
I’m Very confused now on where this stands.

CAS-2290917 was on the parts I received.

The phone call was on CAS-230-2830
Any other help or information would be appreciated.
