Hi, this is just to confirm my appreciation for DJI customer support. Unlike the previous time (when I had a couple of unusual issues), this time I simply crashed the Mavic Pro against a tree...
I was assisted by three different members of the DJI customer team.
I am impressed by the high quality of the service I received by all of them. They have been supportive, informative, knowledgeable and very, very quick in their response.
Following their instructions, I shipped the Mavic to DJI and got it back in a few days. I tested it and it's back to its usual greatness
This is the second time I need help from DJI customer service: just like the previous time, I think that DJI customer service is even better than DJI products (which are very good as well).

This is good to see. Some one saying something good about Dji's customer services.

You should name your Mavic Pro George... That way you can "watch out for that tree".  Im glad you were well taken care of.

There are fewer and fewer examples of good customer service, so it is always good to highlight when we do encounter them.  I know as humans we are never short on complaints when the service isn't up to par.
