Hi Ricky, we're sorry to read the accident. Just to verify, did you connect DJI GO 4 in the last flight? If yes, please try to use Find My Drone to see whether the drone can be retrieved.
If still no luck and the unit is under warranty period, please contact our support to start a case: https://www.dji.com/support We'll arrange data analysis and offer you a proper solution.

What happened to all those people doesn't matter. What happened in your case does matter. Post your flight record and open an incident with DJI for assistance.
