its funny how DJI Admins are still trying to help even when knowing that this problem is being caused by the DJI Go 4 app. Downgrade your app to 4.2.16 or lower. It will fix your issue. Something else to try is to make sure you close all other apps running on your device. I'm running 4.2.21 and since I have been cleaning my background running apps I haven't faced this issue anymore. Something that was causing issue for some people is having the DJI Go app (the one for the Osmo and older Phantom), it would launch and run in the background causing issues. Hope that helps.
