My sd card is the one that came with the drone (lexar 633) i did upgrade and it gave me a error and never completed but i did up grad it completely after that.

I still have the original SD card (lexar 633) i did upgrade ones with google play and to dis not complete .but i have upgrade with DJI Assistant to v01.04.0400 buti cant say its better its gon backward

Can you try to restore the setting to the factory defaults of the camera? If the the problem is still the same, try to format the SD card directly to a computer but make sure to back up you files before you format it. Kindly check the attachment below.

its funny how DJI Admins are still trying to help even when knowing that this problem is being caused by the DJI Go 4 app. Downgrade your app to 4.2.16 or lower. It will fix your issue. Something else to try is to make sure you close all other apps running on your device. I'm running 4.2.21 and since I have been cleaning my background running apps I haven't faced this issue anymore. Something that was causing issue for some people is having the DJI Go app (the one for the Osmo and older Phantom), it would launch and run in the background causing issues. Hope that helps.

I had to take it in to a work shop.here is SA it cost about the same as going to see a Doctor

The chat helped me not look like a complete idiot going in but ....
The guys there telling me its can be from.

1. Loading /updating with a SD card still having photos (must format befor)

2 The gimbal not working

3 signal ...

Lets hope its 1 0r 3 number 2 is a new drone

I have given up on trying to fix it myself.

i have 5months of the best experience and slowly it started and the more i tryed to fix the problem the biger it got ...got recommended to upgrade and this real started to go bad ...got told to install older firmware and it did not help....screen had some green in

Mybe i am just getting old .. but still best drone todate i have owned

May be it’s time to buy a new phone.

This is what the tek guy told me
It is whit the upgrading.

When upgrading your mavic you must empty the memory card (formate before) as well as upgrading every version...cant jump from 2.1 to 2.7 . When upgrading you must keep your remote on throw the upgrades.
