I had a dji spark 1 month ago. It was all good from beginning. After 1 week when i was flying my spark at 100 mt. Alt. Battery popped out and spark crashed to ground. I have opened a topic here and electra said that i have to connect with store where i purchase to service for repair. I did the same thing. Its been more than 15 days and the store says that 'we have connected with dji and sent the logs. They said its user fault. Its out of varranty. So we cannot repair that if you wish we can repair it if you pay for..' Isn't it so funny? I used it around 1.5 weeks and nothing happened suddenly battery popped out during flight and it considered as user fault!!

Its obvious that is a product problem. I'm not the one who had this problem.

Sorry to read that. I know its not much help now, but for the future i would recommend using a battery clip that you get on amazon for like 6-8 euros. It gives you a piece of mind, you dont have to worry all the time about the battery popping out and the drone falling to the ground.

I bought them after the crash. I didnt know that Spark has a problem like this.. I Wouldn't buy spark if i knew that.

Hi there, you will not need to pay for the repair when it turns out to be a warranty case, the dealer and our repair center will help to get it addressed, may I know what do you mean 'patent' here? Thank you.

That is romantic, but the Spark is not suggested to attach anything, it could be dangerous, you can record this important moment with the drone.

Hello, I've tested spark indoor with prop. guards. Before flying checked imu&compass calibration they were good but recalibrated them once again. After i started to flyi noticed that Spark is not stable like before even its a small move he is moving little by little is that a problem or?

This is normal, usually, there is no enough GPS signal when flying indoor, the drone will revert to A-mode when the GPS signal is weak, in this mode, the drone cannot position or auto-brake itself and easily affected by its surroundings, therefore, we recommend to fly in an open area with the strong GPS signal, please test outdoors, thank you.
