Goodmorning everyone, I'm Italian, and like all Italians we drown in the bureaucracy.
To be able to record my drone at a professional level (to be able to work on it), they require me:
serial number: chassis number
serial FCS: serial Flight Control System
GCS serial: serial Ground Control Station
I could not find these serials.Would anyone know how to help me?Thankyou.

Power up drone and controller and under the General tab you will see ABOUT, both serial numbers are listed there.

Not sure what you are seeing, as it’s scracthed out here.

Turn the drone on with the RC and Go app to read the serial numbers.

Look for a small stamp sized sticker below the battery bay...

you have the FCS and GCS  numbers on the screen but you can find the chassis number on the Ac  just inside the battery pocket .

Yes...
But you are naming the same component twice...
Flight controller and Remote Controller are one in the same...

Would be rc and drone serial number.

i got a flight control s/n number. and remote control s/n number. but i cant see manufacture serial number

please suggest me

serial FCS: serial Flight Control System = Aircraft serial number = Flight Control SN (on your screen)

GCS serial: serial Ground Control Station = RC Controller serial number = Remote Control SN (on your screen)

THere is no 'manufacturer serial number', only the ones shown above.

Hi, I have DJI Mavic air and i am not able to find FCS and GCS numbers . I need it them urgently  to register my drone . Can any one help me? I tried following the above suggested  steps but could not  recognize the serial numbers.

Good Day everyone, the italian registration process also asks for a Serial Number (Frame Number) APR* ?  anyone know where this one is found? also, as a US citizen flying to italy for vacation, any suggestions on Drone insurance? iitaly drone laws require to have the drone insured as well?

Hi FlyingFish,I'm unsure and just taking a guess here, but based on my understanding of the US' FAA (and hoping that the terminology is similar in Italy) the Frame Number is the identifier/serial number the aircraft displays on a visible portion of the airframe.  For instance, on an airplane the FN would be displayed on the tail. Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS/sUAS aka drones) are supposed to display the number somewhere easily visible on the craft, but this may have changed with the US Remote ID becoming a requirement.

Again, I am going off recollection and I'm not 100% on this. Can anyone in the USA confirm if I've got it right, or clarify/correct if I'm wrong?
