Yes, we both know how heavy liquids are.
But then run it up a hose several hundred feet in the air, and it has to weigh heavily.

Yeah for sure, a tad more than a p4p could handle lol

That is impressive ... not only the weight of water in the pipe ... but also the pressure needed to get the water up such height and still have sufficient energy at the nozzle.

In our Petrochem injection operations - we have high powered pumps that inject into loading lines of terminals / refinerys and that pressure / height factor is a real pain ... we have to have some pumps at 100bar capability and still significant volume per second.For anyone interested : The De-Icer is actually less density than water ... a derivative of the De-Icer used in airports.

Having watched ALL the video now - I now realise who it is and I did know a few of the guys involved in it in early stages ... bunch of guys in Latvian Tech got together some years back and were testing at our local airport with us - we had the permission for model flying ... used to fly small scale ones as testing before building the larger.  I lost contact with them after they scaled up during development and when Fire Service looked at using large Multi-Rotors to get at high rise and difficult access fires ... I did hear that they created a Company ...

I must try and re-connect with the guys ...

Sure they will use it for orbit dumping of trash, sending spiders up into the sky to create Skywebs, allowing the first chameleon to turn a brand spanking new colour by sending it into space, where there should be a as yet unknown colour in the spectrum.
Seriously, I have this feeling that we will be grounded more and more, as the areas where we will be allowed to fly, gets smaller and smaller, much like the natural habitat of the mountain gorilla.
