Shoot ahead to the 7 min mark to see the drone video.

Can anybody give an estimate of the drone height?  It shouldn't be too difficult to figure out given the buildings on the shore.  My amateur estimate is the drone was roughly 400' AGL/MSL.

Probably did not see the chopper coming. Interesting that the drone pilot has supplied the footage for public viewing. I don't understand what the reference to Hollywood is in the clip title, it happened in Florida? Had me puzzled for a moment, saying the chopper was flying North?

Its been estimated that  it was at or above 400ft, also says that if you are within 400ft of a building you are able to go 400ft above that building, is that part true?
