Hi! First Post...

I just got my new aircraft (phantom 4 pro) and activated it hours ago. While it is charging, I am trying to purchase the DJI Care Refresh but it says I've already purchased DJI Care for this aircraft before? This is brand new and I am upgrading from a Phantom 3 4K so I have not purchased for this aircraft before nor is the order in my account history.

Please help. I want to purchase the DJI Care Refresh for my Phantom 4 Pro serial 0AXDEBJ00S0995 ASAP before the 48 hours!

An Admin will see and help.

I wonder if it’s been registered prior?

Ok. Thank you, I submitted a request via e-mail too and will online chat when I can.

So, I went to buy a new battery on DJI and the picture of that battery doesn't match the battery that came in my drone? Everything was brand new with proper seals, etc. Serial # of drone matched that on box etc. The battery is brand new as it didn't show any prior use or having a "charge" on it when viewing via the DJI 4 app. Picture's attached...I ordered a new battery from DJI anyways to do a side by side comparison this morning. Let me know your thoughts!

Glad to hear the issue has been figured out. The battery appearances might be some different for various batches. If you have any doubts, please kindly send us the battery SN for the check, thanks!

BTW, I have edited the title and change it as solved.
