TB 48 Battery will not start. Charged 8-10 times. Inserted in smartcharger it shows 26.2v. Press button once, led one flashes six times. Press and hold button for five s, 4 led lights turn on indicating battery life is 90-100%
What is wrong ??

It seems this battery has a pretty good charge already. Insert your battery into your Inspire 1 then turn everything on. Check the battery in the Go App and see that everything looks like.

If all looks ok:
  I would suggest to run this battery down to about 5% charge and then completely charge it back up. You can hover the Inspire 1 close to the ground and watch your battery during discharging.  This process will reset the Intelligent battery circuit and get the battery information back in sync.

Aren't the Inspire batteries max cell voltage supposed to be 4.2vdc per cell??

Pack voltage is showing 4.3666vdc per cell....... Max charge pack should be    voltage = 25.2 vdc

IMHO the pack is OVERCHARGED.
