Hello. Using a 2013 Macbook Air while attempting to calibrate the vision system on my Mavic Air I simply get a blank screen. I have adjusted the screen display to all available settings and had no success. What steps do I need to take in order to successfully calibrate the camera? Any thoughts?

Hi there, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please try to uninstall and reinstall DJI Assistant 2? Please make sure to turn off your firewall and anti-virus. If the issue persists, I suggest you try to do the calibration on different PC.  You may watch the video tutorial below for reference. Thank you.

Did you try to change the resolution to see if that helps?

Fortunately I was finally able to get the DJI Assistant program to work on an older Macbook, however I did indeed need to set the resolution to the lowest possible setting. Still pretty bummed it didnt work on my Macbook Air, but for now, crisis averted. Thanks for looking out!
