Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. May I know what mobile device and DJI Go version you are using? You can also check the video tutorial below on how to properly update the firmware.

I connected to the iPhone 5S.
I got a log using iTunes.
DJI GO Version is 3.1.42(2932).
The firmware version is not remembered.
OSMO Mobile 2 turns on the power, the red LED glows, and after a while the power turns off.
Since it is not possible to connect with bluetooth, it is impossible to upload firmware again.
